1978年，考入鞍山鋼鐵學(xué)院軋鋼專業(yè)。
1982年，在本鋼從事軋鋼和軋輥的技術(shù)管理工作。
1986年，赴德國(guó)深造學(xué)習(xí)。
1998年，創(chuàng)建遼寧海寶軋輥有限公司
2018年，經(jīng)過20多年的發(fā)展，已為國(guó)內(nèi)外眾多知名鋼廠提供優(yōu)質(zhì)軋輥。
In 1978，he was admitted to the steel rolling specialty of Anshan Iron and Steel Institute.
In 1982，he entered Benxi Iron and Steel Co.to engage in the technical management of rolling and rolls.
In 1986,he went to Germany for further study.
In 1998,Liaoning Haibao Roller Co.Ltd. was founded.
In 2008,after more than 20 years of development,it has provided high quality rolls for many well-known steel mills at home and abroad.
